Casa dei Ciliegi

Casa dei Ciliegi was built during the winter 2011/2012 as a single house near the swimming pool. We want to maintain the style of our Casale and realize an eco-friendly project: this house has both solar panels and a photovoltaic system, which permit to produce hot water and electricity independently. It is a garden apartment with a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room which includes a sofa bed for 2 and a well equipped wood kitchen. Outside there is a beautiful veranda, surrounded by an indipendent garden and a private car park. Furthermore, this building is suitable for disabled people (bathroom equipped for their needs).
